Frankie Valli, ever the showman, still getting out on tour and making people happy. An inspiration in and of itself in these times. The band, updated arrangements, The Four Seasons vocalists, and vocal solos—all terrific. Frankie lets the instrumental soloists run free and it keeps things interesting. There is a little tweaking, such as lowering a key here or there to fit his range, and sometimes sneaking in autotune on the high phrases. Really, who cares—he’s 87. He keeps his voice in good shape and is a real gentleman. (By the way my impression was that the video monitors are way behind in the on-stage performance, not the other way around. Distracting). This was one heck of a concert!!!! Frankie and his band the Four Seasons were SUPERB. Robby Robison is one heck of an arranger and really held the band together. Just saw this 90 yr old belt out his songs and he still has it, very entertaining show from start to finish . In Atlantic city get seats that face straight on and not on the sides of the arena. Even sitting up higher in the 210 to 215 sections afre good.
