Amazing Mary Poppins Show

Absolutely incredible performance , we went to party of 10 and absolutely everyone adults and kids loved it . Main actors are definitely Broadway level , especially Mary Poppins,Bert, Ms.Andrews, Maid, MsandMr.Banks, Jane and Michael. kids were amazing dances were amazing , we leave very far away and it takes us 2 hours to drive to Redondo Beach and we make sure to go to each Encore production . Voices are astounding, the musical is long but everyone from 4-year-old to 69-year-olds were watching it in one breath , kids did not even want to go to the restroom because they were afraid to miss a minute . Thank you so much for your hard work everyone worked so hard to make our experience outstanding !

I saw Mary Poppins 3 times in NY. Loved it every time. The cast, the music, the scenes and excellent display of talent and visual effects. Going in February, can't wait. So Excited!

We went to see Mary Poppins on its opening night in Calgary and we loved the production! We sat in the 2nd Balcony and our seats were good enough as the sound is wonderful anywhere you sit. We especially liked "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" with the great dancing as well as "Step In Time" - again with the dancing. There was lots of humor in it, great singing and just nice to see a play from a movie you saw many years ago. There were quite a few children at the Jubilee and they must have all enjoyed it because we only heard a wee bit of chattering near the end. I would take kids to it but probably not under 5 years old as it is a long production even though it does have an intermission. There were a few changes from the movie - "I Love To Laugh" was not in there but there were a few new songs I hadn't heard and it all flowed very well. Highly recommend seeing!

Good but boring for small children

I brought my grand nieces, ages 3 and 6 to opening night. However, they were bored and asleep before intermission. I guess I expected it to follow more like the movie. I was kind of disappointed. I noticed a few children in the audience were also bored and ready to leave. We went ahead and left at intermission. Sad as I was really looking forward to the experience.
