A whole host of holiday and Christmas characters join in the light-based fun in this heart-warming story, complete with timeless holiday hits that include Nat King Cole, Mariah Carey and Tchaikovsky. As Santa and his magical helpers are putting the finishing touches on presents when they spot a lonely small bird, lost outside. This is Max, who has been separated from his family whilst flying south for the winter.
With the help of the helpers and some fantastical festive creatures such as carolling glow worms, pirouetting poinsettias, and life-size Nutcrackers fighting wicked mice, he gradually makes his way to meet his family before the big day itself.
